Hi, and welcome. 🗝️
This is the first one — so I'm glad it's you.
Come on a Time Traveling Treasure Quest with me — a journey back to a moment worth returning to.
This one could be ten years ago.
It could be ten days ago.
I want to take you back to an ordinary afternoon.
I'm on a screen — Zoom — with someone I trust.
The light's gone soft the way it does late in a long day.
We're just talking.
And I hear myself say something.
And the tone of it — I catch it a half-second too late.
There's a thread of whine in my voice. A little victim-pitch I didn't choose and couldn't pull back.
The exact kind of thing a patient might say to me, where I'd slow down and gently help them hear it.
And here it was, coming out of my own mouth.
I could see their face. 👁️
Clearer than if we'd been in the same room — every micro-shift, lit up and close.
And I caught something move across it. A flicker. Quiet.
I'm wired to feel a room before I can name it, and my body knew before my mind did.
But I could also see myself.
Right there, in the little tile in the corner.
My own face. My own forehead, lifting into the exact expression that went with that voice.
I watched myself say it.
The whine wasn't the problem.
It was a signal.
And I only caught it because, that day, my armor happened to be down enough to receive it.
That's the thing about a signal — you have to be soft enough to let it land. 🪷
That moment stayed with me.
Not because it was dramatic — because of what it took to catch it.
A sliver of space. A little honesty with myself. The armor down at just the right time.
And I remember thinking — what would it take to have more of that on purpose, instead of by accident?
That question never left.
It's why, these days, I build things. 🦊
Because I couldn't find what I needed fast enough — even with all my AI help.
So I started piecing it together myself. Years of it.
Resources from my training, run through my own neuro-spicy brain until they finally made sense to me.
Things like a clear, honest brief on a single supplement — what it actually does, who it's for, what to watch for.
The kind of thing you can read fast and use the same day.
That's what I'm bringing into one place.
Nervous-system and burnout tools — the applied-neurology, real-science kind.
Clinical tools you can put to work the same day, starting with something I call the Supplement Sanity Lab.
And functional psychiatry, taught the way only LifeTuneToon does it.
And here's the part I'm lit up about.
The doors are open.
There's a community I've built called The Canopy Collective, and a course called Staying Human in the Work. 🌳
They're real, and they're ready.
And I'm welcoming a small founding circle first — the ones who come in early, wander the rooms, and tell me honestly how it feels.
What lands, what confuses, which doors stick.
That feedback shapes how this place feels for everyone who comes after.
If that's a yes, getting in is easy, I promise.
There's a button waiting — one tap, a short note, nothing to prove.
Or simply reply and tell me: I'm in.
Either way, I'll write you back personally with your invitation and everything you need to know.
You decide from there. No rush. No hoops.
And CME and CEU credits — those are in the works.
I'm so glad you're here. 💛
I've been waiting to stop doing this alone.
With Gratitude,
Dr. Tiffany Ballard (aka Dr. B)
